Management Group

The East Grampians Health Service Strategic Development Group ensures good Corporate Governance structures are in place and encourages the organisation to create value through entrepreneurism, innovation and development and provide accountability and control systems commensurate with the risks involved.

The Strategic Development Group also ensures the Board’s Strategic Plan is implemented, goals and performance measures are set and monitored and controls are developed and put into practice to mitigate risk and enhance performance.
