East Grampians Health Service is located in Ararat, in Western Victoria, a vibrant friendly community two and a half hours drive from Melbourne. In close proximity to the Grampians National Park & wineries it provides an excellent living and recreational environment
This full time position will provide the successful applicant with excellent experience working in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
Client groups will include acute in-patients, outpatients, a role in chronic disease management, health promotion and providing outreach services to regional communities.
The position will provide the successful applicant with experience in a broad range of Occupational Therapy specialties.
Successful applicants will be required to consent to a Police Record Check.
