Victoria Police Blue Ribbon Foundation - Ararat Branch Gala ‘Night of Nights’

Police Code 1 is 'on patrol' and ready for action and will perform at the Victoria Police Blue Ribbon Foundation's Ararat Branch Gala ‘Night of Nights' on Friday, 29th May 2009 commencing at 7.30pm.
As per previous Gala Balls it's a chance for the ladies to dress up and the fellows to put on the ‘black tie' and pull out the dancing shoes..................it will definitely be a night of nights for everyone.
This will be a first time for Police Code 1 at the Ararat Branches major fundraiser and it will be a chance to convey a positive organisational message to our Western Victoria community, including the younger generation, through the universal language of music.
Police Code 1 is highly acclaimed as one of Melbourne's hottest groups. A versatile band and a crowd pleaser, they create immense impact with audiences wherever they perform. The band plays pop music from early 50s through to the latest 'Top 40'. Everything from Santana to Farnham, ABBA to Simple Plan, Kylie to Madonna!
Police Code 1 boasts the vocals of the amazing Leading Senior Constable Brian Carbery and the newest addition to the band, Musician Lorena Novoa. Accompanied by Senior Musicians Richard Bennett, Simon Deppeler and Rick Varlet, some of the best musicians you are likely to hear anywhere.
Tickets cost $60 per head, including Pre Drinks and Savouries, and then BYO is the go for the rest of the evening. A Main Auction and Silent Auction will see some outstanding items put under the hammer by guest auctioneer Phil de Fegely from Melbourne. All proceeds will be donated to the Medical Imaging Department at the Ararat Hospital.
