East Grampians Health Service is seeking expressions of interest for the above voluntary position for an initial term of up to three years. The Audit & Risk Committee, which consists of EGHS Board members and community representatives, is responsible for the oversight of the accountability and internal control issues of the health service and reports to the EGHS Board of Management.
Suitable candidates will have expertise within at least one area of corporate governance, risk management or financial reporting and auditing. They will also have the ability to participate in high level meetings, possess excellent communication skills and a commitment to devote an appropriate amount of time to the role, including attendance at quarterly meetings. An induction program will be provided upon appointment.
